Hunnie Im Home !!!!

Okay "where have you been" has been the question of the past month. I seem to of been able to do my old trick of leaving it a month or so between posts, and after such a positive last post I suppose I should feel guilty.... umm yeah a little bit but now I really am back so I don't feel THAT guilty, I obviously needed the break.

I completely forgot to tell you all I was going on holiday, which was back at the end of June. I spent a glorious week in Majorca surrounded by all my family in a gorgeous villa on the edge of Puerto Pollensa. The sun shone for the whole seven days, everyone got on well, even the kids!

I came back feeling very refreshed and recharged, just what needed after the previous months crapola. I then had to go into hospital for a routine procedure and expected to be out of action for a week or so but the next day I was up and sorting out my beads into their new bead boxes. They thanked me very much as some of them were feeling left out and unnoticed in the mixed bags they had been in. I even managed to get my most recent tutorial all photographed and in the post to Step By Step Wire Jewelry (Thanks Laura x). I'M ON FORM.

I was then shown this fantastic site. Its by Lori Greenberg - Bead Nerd. Technically it’s for bead makers but a lot of the principals apply for any craft, check out the articles section. I took a lot of the advise on board and for the first time I have written down my goals and aspirations for the business. I'm hoping that with my new found organizational skills (or the idea of being organised) will keep me in track.

For example today is website and blog day..... I'M BLOGGING PEOPLE, even though I really wanted to go and sit on the sofa and veg for an hour... ohh look it only took me 10 mins.

Right now for what you really come here for... jewellery. Continuing on my circles (I wonder why I'm so drawn to circles, maybe it’s because I'm constantly going round in them :S ) I’ve made this gorgeous set of earrings. Comprising of three different sized forged hoops, textured with a light catching hammered finish. They are just so light and tactile, Oh I'm so in love with these, I've already made another set to replace the first set that are swinging from my lobes as I type.

The next is a set of three Jangle Bangles that jingle jangle together as you move your wrist, delicate feminine and lightweight, I have a set permanently attached to my wrist as they go with everything in my wardrobe.

I have some colour challenge pieces that I want to show you, but I'm going to leave that for the next post.

Catch you later peeps :D
